​Here at KUMO Rooftop, we work hard to ensure that all our guests are appropriately accommodated and are provided with appropriate time to enjoy their experience.


That's why we have put in place the following standards for large groups. Please take a moment to review our large group policies, then download and complete the form below.

Party Size

This is to be used for groups of 11 – 25 people; the request must be made with a minimum of
three (3)
days in advance of the reservation date.

The request for a reservation must be made with a minimum of three (3) days in advance of the reservation date.

consumption fee

Sunday to Wednesday :

$45 pp for groups of 11 - 25 people

11.5% tax
22% service charge


Thursday to Saturday:

$65 pp for groups of 11 - 25 people
11.5% tax
22% service charge

Is there a reservation fee

At the time of confirmation of the agreement, 25% of the total amount is required in advance.


The outstanding balance is to be paid in full at the end of your reservation.

How do I make a reservation Payment?

As soon as we contact you to confirm the reservation we will forward our credit card authorization form.

Can I separate my tab?

Only three tabs are allowed per group. It will be delivered to the group leader and can be paid with up
to three different payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that we are a rooftop restaurant; accommodations may be subject to change due to weather conditions. Credit will only be given if the event is canceled due to inclement weather or any reason beyond control such as riots; strikes or other labor disputes; government restrictions, acts of war; and acts of God. No refunds or credits will be given due to interruptions in travel or transportation.

Group Count:

Food & beverage charges are based on the group leader's guaranteed number of guests. Final guest counts are due no later than 36 hours before the date of the event. The Reservations Team may not ensure accommodations after this period.

Minimum consumption:

Remember, these service will have 11.5% food and beverage tax and 22% service fee. If the minimum consumption isn't covered, the Group Leader will be responsible for protecting the difference to meet the established minimum.


A deposit is required for all service agreements and will be charged to the client upon confirmation and electronic signature of this agreement. The deposit will be for 25% of the total of the minimum consumption.

The deposit will only be refunded if the client cancels within 48hrs of the date of the reservation as stated in the agreement.

Final Payment:

The restaurant will bill clients on the day of the event. Only one bill will be presented per group. The final bill will be given to the group leader and may be paid with a maximum of 2 payment methods or divided into a maximum of 2 separate tabs.

Once you submit this form our Event Coordinator will get in touch with you and provide de Credit Card Authorization Form.
